One of our most popular designs is now available in 5 ounces of pure copper. The Copper Buffalo Round is patterned after the iconic Indian Head nickel that gained it's nickname from the American bison on the reverse side of the coin. Designed by James Earle Fraser and issued in 1913, Fraser's Indian Head nickel design is regarded as among the best designs of any U.S. coins. Golden State Mint offers these mint fresh beautifully struck, 5 ounce copper rounds at wholesale pricing.
